The growing season is underway.

From these small first leaves on the 10th of May, we have started the canopy management for the year.

This photo shows the vines on the 30th of May. The upper canes will be trained inbetween the foliage wires and the lower canes will eventually be turned down into the lower foliage wires. This is carried out throughout the year.
