Getting ready for harvest:

The Pinot Noir Precoce are looking lovely and tasting even nicer, we are just waiting to get the sugars right in order to pick them and make a lovely wine, the Bacchus will follow a week or two afterwards if we are following the previous years routine, the final variety to be picked will be the Pinot Noir. We hope that some more sun comes to shine its light on our grapes as we need as much as we can get in this final weeks towards the end of the cropping year.

I will post more photos as we go through the harvest.
